I am currently the Assistant Board Admin with this board, however due to limitations on my time and other circumstances, other staff members and myself felt it was best to step down from my current postion and hand the reigns over to Broncosfanfirst, who will be the New Assistant Board Admin at the new Board. When I was offered the AFC Conference Admin position, and accepted graciously, and am excited to serve you in that position when the time comes. Since I will be the AFC Conference admin at the new board, I thought I would take this opportunity for you to get to know me. Well here goes, I have been with this board pretty much since the begining. I started my journey as a mod in the Eagles forum, and have climbed the ladder to NFC conference Admin, and now to Asst board Admin. It has been fun getting to know some of you, and I look forward to getting to know the rest of you as an Assistant Board Admin at the new Board! As EFAN pointed out - we are kinda flip-flopping our Administrative positions when we do move. It is important to me that you know just how happy I am that EFAN will be your new AFC Conference Admin at the new Board! I have worked with EFAN in the Administrative role for some time now, and have grown to admire her for her quality leadership, concern for and care of the people that she serves - which is ALL of YOU! Administrators have two very closely related roles on this Message Board - The first Administrative role is to communicate with all of you to recognize your achievements, to help solve your problems, and to show you how to get the most out of your experience on the board. The other role is the Behind-the-scenes work that keeps the board moving along. EFAN has accomplished this behind-the-scenes work excellently along the way - doing all the things to keep your Message Board running smoothly, so that you can, for the most part, simply enjoy talking about NFL FOOTBALL!!! It is EFAN's personality and experience as an Administrator that will make the AFC Conference great! EFAN is very easy to get along with, and absolutely LOVES NFL Football, so there is little doubt that as the AFC Conference Admin she will push to help make the place incredible for each of you as members, Moderators or Divisional Admin. Everyone - please WORK with EFAN from the start! Divisional Administrators - communicate with EFAN on a regular basis. Let her know what your concerns or needs are along the way - so that she can assist you when the assistence is needed. I assure you that SHE will be identifying all moments of excellence as well as areas that will be in need of improvement as they come along. Moderators, Assistant Moderators, and all members of the AFC Conference Teams Forums: - Trust that EFAN will work with you directly when she must, and that she is ALWAYS available to communicate with ANY of you at ANY time, but also know that her communication with the Divisional Admin will be conducted well enough to insure that the fewest number of problems occur as possible!
