My own opinion is that  Corey Dillon(Mr. Experience) should be brought in, drafting one would be terrible.  If a crack needs to be filled you fill it otherwise that crack becomes a hole(Bernard Fisher, 1862)  Same thing here, if this situation is not resolved the whole team could crumble.
