			<description><![CDATA[ I have heard sparingly about Seth Payne's recovery, but now I know a lot more.  Like he says, he will should see limited action in Training Camp, but there is no doubt that we will need him this next season if we want to make a run.  There is a great point that with all of the injuries to our line last year that the back-ups got tons of experience.  That is encouraging.
