Giants get Manning for the #4 pick, Rivers, plus their third this year (who they drafted a kicker with...?), and next year's first and fifth.

Stee-eep! I'm not sure Manning is going to be that much better than Rivers.

The Chargers may get one hell of a sweet deal if Manning starts this year and the Giants go 3-13 like Peyton's Colts did in his first year.
